The Mobile Internet & Wireless City Professional Committee (MIWCPC) under Internet Society of China (ISC) was set up on Feb 27， 2009， with commitment to research and push forward the development of mobile Internet in China.

The establishment of the Committee was initiated by 19 enterprises including Huawei， ZTE， Lenovo， Baidu， Airway， Wasu Digital Television Ltd， Institute of Computer Technology of CAS etc. Chief engineer of Capinfo Mr. ZHUANG Zixin was elected as the first Director of MIWCPC.

After its foundation， MIWCPC will organize and enhance research issues-related on mobile Internet and wireless city in recent period so as to formulate a set of services norms. The MIWCPC will also strengthen the exchange and cooperation with domestic and foreign field.

Vice Directors of MIWCPC were elected as follow:

*Mr. LEI Zhenzhou (Vice Director of Technology Committee， China Academy of Telecommunication Research of MIIT);
*Mr. HUANG Jie (General Manager， Telecom Business Unit of Intel China);
*Mr. LIU Dong (General Manager of Beijing Internet Institute)

Secretary General and Vice Secretary General were nominated by the Director as follow:
