At the News Conference this morning， Internet Society of China（ISC）released that the 2009 China Internet Conference (http://cic.isc.org.cn) will be Held from September 15th to 17th in Beijing， with the theme of “From Crises to Opportunity”.

The 2009 China Internet Conference (CIC) will provide a platform for Internet companies to share and exchange experiences or best practices on confronting the global financial crises; will discus the development trend of 3G， Mobile Internet and NGN; will focus on 300 million netizen’s Internet behavior and will probe into a better way out from crises to opportunities.

The 2009 CIC will be composed by three sections as “Internet & Services”， “Internet & People"s livelihood” and “Internet & Advanced Culture”. Besides Internet High-level Summit， Technology Innovation Forum， International High-level Summit， Anti-Spam Summit followed from the previous CIC， some highlighted workshops or presentations will be involved in these sections， such as Forum on Rural Informatization， Mobile Internet Summit， Network Copyright Summit and Forum on Internet Grass-roots Start-up.
