African Cyber Security Authority visited Internet Society of China

On June 28, Mr. Tahiri Jaouad, Vice President of the African Cyber Security Authority (ANCA) visited the Internet Society of China (ISC). Mr. Dai Wei, Deputy Secretary General of ISC attended the reception event.
Mr. Dai Wei welcomed ANCA's visit and introduced the work of ISC. He expressed the willingness to work with global parties, including ANCA, to make joint efforts to build a secure Internet that benefits everyone.
Mr. Tahiri Jawad presented an overview of the ANCA. The Authority consists of a number of African cybersecurity authorities and institutions, including Ghana and Morocco, and aims to establish a platform for exchange and cooperation among its members.
Experts from Chinese sire were inivted to join the visit and exchanges. Mr. Liu Yue, Deputy Director of the Security Research Institute of the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT), shared his views on the policy environment and development of China's digital economy from the dimensions of strengthening the top-level design of the digital economy, promoting the deep integration of the digital economy with the real economy, and strengthening digital governance.
Mr. Yan Fei, a senior network security expert of Tianyi Cloud, focused on the security challenges and thinking faced in the digital era, and proposed to build and improve the network security capacity construction from the three aspects of "people", "law" and " 'technology ".
The two sides had in-depth discussions and exchanges on topics including promoting research and innovation in the field of cybersecurity, enhancing Internet resilience, data protection, strengthening cybersecurity training, and international cooperation.
